Red Steel: Video Interview
We take on the yakuza with Ubisoft's Stephanie Langlois, to find out why Red Steel's an essential Wii purchase.
East and west collide in the much talked-about Red Steel from Ubisoft on Wii. In another catch-up video feature with the cream of Ubisoft's worldwide developer talent, we speak with the game's Senior Project Coordinator, Stephanie Langlois.
Hot topic include: working with Nintendo, the intriguing plot behind Red Steel, forgetting previous gameplay habits, fine-tuning the game's control for its final release, recreating the seedier parts of Los Angeles and Tokyo, and whether or not the Red Steel exprience would be possible on another console.
It's all about having the "weapon in your hands", apparently.
Enjoy this latest in our going-as-fast-as-we-can video interview catch-ups. There are only co many games you can play this holiday, after all, so it's just as well we're here with the creators to highlight which ones are worth the fuss, right?
Red Steel is out now, so check this out and see if Stephanie can help make your mind up about one of Wii's hottest launch games.
