These impressive screenshots are from Genki's Shutokou Battle 01 - the next in the Shutokou Battle series that started its life on the humble Dreamcast. In the west, the series is known as Tokyo Highway Battle.
Genki, the people behind the original game, and also famous for converting Virtua Fighter 3tb to Dreamcast, have certainly achieved a lot with this update visually.
