Geist: New Screens and Footage
Update on n-Space's Geist with the latest screens and footage from the GameCube exclusive shooter.
Revealed at Nintendo's E3 press briefing, Geist is a GameCube exclusive first person shooter that allows gamers to 'possess' characters.
Geist leads players through the game in a first-person perspective, providing the unique ability to 'possess' other characters in the game. As a ghost or Geist, players can advance through the game by virtually entering the bodies of other characters, taking advantage of their physical and mental abilities. Combining a mixture of action and stealth styles of game play, Geist adds an enthralling new mixture to the first-person genre on GameCube.
To be honest, not much more is know about Geist in concrete terms - other than stydying these screens and our footage below, there's not much to determine whether or not Geist's gameplay will be anything to write home about - but we're betting this won't be bad at all. Stay tuned for more information on Geist as we get it.
