Billy Hatcher: New Video Footage
Naka's exemplary platform-action game hatches new footage, rendered sequences and new characters. See it all here.
Sonic Team's Billy Hatcher and the Giant Egg - which we were good enough to bring you first ever hands-on impressions for back in May - is coming on leaps and bounds as it nears completion, judging by this latest footage.
The game, which director Yuji Naka recently revealed to us originated as a four-player fighting game, puts players in an addictive core gameplay environment where progression can only be achieved by embracing danger. To progress through the beautifully designed levels, players must grow their egg - but the bigger the egg, the easier it will break or roll out of control.
We've got our hands on some new footage of Billy Hatcher. It's direct feed and pretty nice quality - but only 320x240 in resolution. However it does boast some particularly fantastic new Sonic Team music, new pre-rendered sequences which are nice, and also shows some of Billy's friends more closely, as pictured here.
We'd advise all fans to take a look at our nice WMV download, and stay tuned to Kikizo for more. Click here for loads of BH screenshots.
