Ghosthunter: New Screens Revealed
While we're busy editing a truckload of new hi-res Ghosthunter gameplay videos, take a look at these latest 24 screenshots released by SCEE.
As one of the most popular titles at this year's PlayStation Experience, Ghosthunter demonstrated it was a title that will exceed everyone's expectations when it's released in Europe this November.
With a graphical quality that puts a large proportion of other PS2 titles to shame, incorporating exceptional lighting effects and painstakingly wonderful animation, the survival horror title gives a twist to the genre by putting more emphasis on action-based gameplay, with the idea being you have to hunt the ghosts - who are hunting you also.
Dubbed by SCEE's Cambridge Studio as 'survival horror evolved', Ghosthunter also offers very decent voice acting and cut scenes, to develop a story surrounding a Detroit police officer, Lazarus Jones, that has been carefully developed to be a closely integrated part of the gameplay experience.
We've been getting some quality hands-on fun with the latest Ghosthunter code, so expect a bunch of direct feed, hi-res video very soon.
