UbiSoft's Beyond Good and Evil is coming on leaps and bounds, judging by the game's latest showing at ECTS and these new screenshots released by UbiSoft.
Diverse gameplay styles blend into one uniquely fluid and immersive experience, utilising the 'Jade' engine, built especially for Beyond Good & Evil to exploit a boundless quest with diverse gameplay and freedom of movement. Ubi are delivering a mysterious, gripping saga where nothing is as it seems and unraveling the truth is the only hope of restoring freedom.
Jade, the game's heroine, sets out to expose the truth about a government conspiracy to cover up details of an alien invasion on the peaceful planet of Hyllis, to liberate the minds of her deceived people. Her quest for the truth knows no bounds, and gamers must assume her role with Jade's camera, aikido staff, and resolute investigative skills.
Take a look at these latest screens and watch out for a full preview before the game's release on PC and PS2 this November, with GameCube and Xbox releases to follow in early 2004.
