Xbox Live Pandora Tomorrow Tournament
Face the toughest mission of all as Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow begins its first tournament.
Microsoft today announced the first Xbox Live tournament for UbiSoft's smash hit Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow, with over £3,000 worth of prizes up for grabs.
Gamers that pride themselves on their strategy, weapons skills and stealth manoeuvres now have the chance to prove themselves in the Xbox Live tournament - running from 26th April to the 26th May 2004.
The top prize is a "Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow Spy Kit" - containing £2,650 containing of goodies - a Samsung finger-print activated Laptop, Samsung Camcorder with Nightcapture mode, a Crystal Xbox console with two controllers plus an Xbox Live Starter Kit with a copy of SCPT for a friend. The Spy Kit comes in a special case, personalised with the winner's Gamertag. Five runners up receive goody bags worth £100 containing a SCPT Glow in the Dark T-shirt, Personal FM Radio, postcards, telescopic pen and more. Not bad eh?
To take part, play Pandora Tomorrow on the Xbox Live service any time from midday this Monday 26th April until 26th May. Gamers must play a ranking game every time on the Xbox Live service (including Mercenaries or Spies on any map or game configuration) to ensure that their scores are registered. Scores will be recorded during this period and on 26th May the six highest scoring eligible players across the participating countries will then be notified by email and their Gamertags announced on Xbox.com.
To be eligible, gamers should be over 18, be opted in for communication with Xbox Live so that Xbox Live can contact them if they win and be in one of the ten participating European countries. Check here for more details... and good luck!
