Some official new details have also been made available...
Story
Viewtiful Joe returns in an action packed sequel of mammoth proportions and this time round there's more! More stages, more VFX, more characters, more 'Six Machine' madness and loads more fun!
The evil Gedow organisation is set to launch a vicious attack on Movie Land. Once more the earth is in perilous danger and there's only one hero who can rise to the challenge. Viewtiful Joe is back!
Sylvia
Joe's girlfriend Sylvia was enslaved by the Jadow in the first Viewtiful adventure. Now she's ready to get her own back. Players can choose to play as Sylvia from the start and with the use of Joe's VFX powers and a brand new gun, she's going to be a force to be reckoned with! Zap!
New VFX Power!
Along with all the favourites from the first game (Slow down, Mach speed and Zoom in) Joe and Sylvia now have an amazing new VFX super power - Replay! Players can record on screen action and then play it back to multiply damage by three times!
Eat hamburgers to rejuvenate your strength, then replay it to increase your strength three times over.
If you make a mistake though, when you hit replay you will sustain three times the normal damage.
