Monkey Ball DX Confirmed for Europe
Super-packed monkey madness official.
Sega announced on Wednesday that it will be bringing Super Monkey Ball Deluxe to PlayStation 2 and Xbox gamers in Europe next spring. Far from being just another cash-in on a successful franchise, Super Monkey Ball Deluxe lives up to its name by offering monkey fans everything they could possibly want.
Besides containing over 250 stages from Super Monkey Ball and Super Monkey Ball 2, which were previously exclusive to GameCube, Super Monkey Ball Deluxe also contains nearly 50 levels designed just for this new version. Other additions include 18 party games, six of which are brand new, an enhanced story mode, and retooled difficulty levels.
In Super Monkey Ball, gamers navigate adorable ball-encased monkeys through stages that progressively become more challenging. Developed by Amusement Vision at Sega, the series has received accolades since it debuted alongside the GameCube in 2001.
