Get a Friend on Live, Get Free Game
Original, stunning plan to develop Live.
Microsoft has announced an initiative aimed at drawing in new subscribers to its successful Xbox Live online gaming network. Until 31 January 2005, Live subscribers who bring a friend into the fold will be rewarded with their choice of a free Xbox game.
The games available in this offer include some of the best games of the past year, including Crimson Skies: High Road To Revenge, Fable and Project Gotham Racing 2. Altogether 10 titles are available through this incentive program.
Microsoft's Xbox Live service has grown steadily since its worldwide debut in North America in late 2002.
The service currently boasts more than a million subscribers in 24 countries, and numbers are expected to rise as broadband adoption increases.
Publishers and developers are driving this uptake with the release of Live-compatible titles at an increasing rate.
In addition, Microsoft has continually updated the service, most recently adding options for communicating with friends online and organising online tournaments.
Full details for this offer are available right here.
