Namco Takes MotoGP Online
Next version to hit PS2 early 2005 with online. First screens inside.
Sony and Namco have announced that the next instalment in the popular bike racing MotoGP series will hit the PlayStation 2 during early 2005. In addition to team and rider updates, new courses and two new classes, MotoGP4 will also introduce online play into the PlayStation 2 series for the first time.
"I am very excited about this new title. We've added a lot of new features, such as the online mode, while still ensuring that fans of MotoGP will recognise the high quality, realistic racing from the previous games," said Isao Nakamura, Producer on MotoGP4.
"We are also proud to include the 125cc and 250cc motorbike classes for the first time."
MotoGP4 is scheduled for release exclusively on PlayStation 2 in spring 2005.
