Black Cabs Coming to PC and Consoles
Drive a cab around London on all formats.
Stourbridge-based developer Data Design Interactive has announced London Taxi, a new title for PC, Xbox, PlayStation 2, and the upcoming PSP that puts players in the well-worn driver's seat of one of London's traditional black cabs.
DDI's Stewart Green was keen to emphasise that this new title is all about having fun.
Faced with a bustling city of anxious patrons, your task is to whisk customers between various locations and landmarks in the capital, including Big Ben, Trafalgar Square and Hyde Park, while navigating all manner of obstacles, human and otherwise.
"It is great to have the chance to write games for gamers, rather than just another film license," said Green.
Precise release details for London Taxi will be announced at a later date.
