Mega Man Collection Boosts to Xbox
Capcom's famous mascot comes to Xbox.
There's still plenty of life left in old games. Just ask Capcom - the company's Mega Man franchise is more than fifteen years old now, and the recent PS2 and GameCube Mega Man anthologies have thrilled gamers young and old across the world.
Now Xbox owners can get in on the act as well. Capcom and UK-based developer Atomic Planet Entertainment are teaming up again to bring a new version of Mega Man Anniversary Collection to Microsoft's console.
In addition to 10 games, which include the original Mega Man to Mega Man 8, Xbox owners will get be rare bonus material as unlockable items.
"The Mega Man Anniversary Collection has been one of our biggest selling games to date, and is a very popular trip down memory lane for many fans," said Darren Falcus, Atomic Planet's managing director.
"It seems a natural choice to bring the title to even more people by developing it for the Xbox."
Mega Man Anniversary Collection will be released on Xbox from March 2005.
