Drakengard 2 Revealed: First Media
The King of RPGs unveils Drag On Dragoon 2, or Drakengard 2 as we've decided to call it. First footage and images within.
Amateur dragon riders bored after completing Square Enix's Drakengard will soon be able to get back in the lofty saddle. The company has announced that it is working on a sequel to Drakengard that picks up the story where its predecessor left off.
Based nearly two decades after the events of the first game, the sequel features returning characters in new and unexpected roles, with baddies switching sides and a new evil coming in to fill the void.
The game is only confirmed for Japan so far, but since Drakengard did respectable business in both North America and Europe an English release is a distinct possibility.
In the meantime, those of you with a penchant for the ancient flying beasts can see the teaser trailer just below.
