Super Monkey Fever Hits PS2 and Xbox
A brief stop on the Web before release.
When the GameCube launched in November 2001, there were only a few games worth playing. One of the best, though, was Sega's Super Monkey Ball. Both the original and its sequel were exclusive to Nintendo's boxy console, bringing tears to monkey maniacs only owning one of the other consoles.
But those tears will be dried away this April when Super Monkey Ball Deluxe makes its way to Xbox and PlayStation 2. The game includes all 250+ courses and all the challenges and multiplayer party modes from Super Monkey Ball and Super Monkey Ball 2, as well as new features designed just for this new version - including nearly 50 new courses.
To celebrate the impending release of Super Monkey Ball Deluxe, Sega has opened the official Web site for the game. There you'll find wallpapers, movies and screenshots and also demos for three of the 12 multiplayer games.
Super Monkey Ball Deluxe will be released for PlayStation 2 and Xbox in April.
