GT4 Guide and Online League Announced
The game can't go online - at least not this version - but you can still wage automotive war with other drivers using the Internet.
With over 700 cars and more than 50 tracks, Gran Turismo 4 provides one of the deepest gaming experiences on PlayStation 2. To make sense of all this gameplay and help out those who might need a nudge in the right direction, Piggyback Interactive will be creating the definitive and official Gran Turismo 4 guide.
What's more, Piggyback is giving you the opportunity to be part of the guide too while proving your mettle against your fellow gamers in the official Gran Turismo 4 online leagues.
Gran Turismo 4 may not be playable online - this feature was pulled late last year - but there is a password system included in the game that can be used to verify lap speeds. Players will be ranked by points earned on each of the 50-plus tracks in the game and Piggyback will use data from these players for parts of its 310-page guide. Piggyback is also looking for the best photos taken using Gran Turismo 4's photo mode.
More information about the online league and Piggyback's upcoming Gran Turismo 4 guide can be found at the official GT4 League page.
