Scarface: News Update & Footage
Say hello to this leeetle update...
Although Vivendi Universal Games announced on Friday that Scarface: The World is Yours has been delayed until 2006 in order to release simultaneously on both current- and next-generation platforms, the Radical Entertainment developed project seems to be coming along very well.
Radical Entertainment has tailored gameplay in Scarface: The World Is Yours to mirror Tony's personality. For instance, in the movie Tony shouts a lot, so the game will let you make him shout taunts too, which can be useful for goading enemies from their hiding places. There's also something called Blind Rage mode, which sees Tony fly off the handle, exploding with rage, hurling abuse and gunfire at everything in sight.
You can look forward to our exclusive video interview with the game's lead designer, Mike Lopez, in the coming week or so, to find out all kinds of interesting behind-the-scenes details.
