Another Day of Reckoning for the Cube
WWE gets back in bed with Nintendo. And they said there was nothing worthwhile coming out on GameCube. Pfft.
While Xbox wrestling fans patiently await the release of the delayed Wrestlemania 21, GameCube owners will be glad to hear that the WWE is not done with them yet either. THQ has announced that it'll be picking up from where it left off with a sequel to WWE Day of Reckoning.
The GameCube-exclusive WWE Day of Reckoning 2 is very much a bigger-better version of last year's iteration. Apart from the expanded roster and overhauled graphics and animation, the game also continues the storylines begun in its predecessor. Long-time WWE fans can also expect to see more of sports entertainment's legends return to the ring as part of the 45-strong line-up of wrestlers.
WWE Day of Reckoning will be released only on GameCube this autumn.
