Fists at the Ready for Dragon Ball Z
Yet another game starring the big-haired brawlers is headed to the PS2. First screens...if you're into that sort of thing.
The popularity of the Dragon Ball franchise is both impressive and, frankly, baffling. The long-running cartoon has been a hit since its debut, which naturally means it's ripe for video game exploitation. The next virtual jaunt through the loud world of big-haired pugilists is Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi.
Promising a combination of "melee combat, energy attacks and 3D flight", Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi comes equipped with a 60-strong roster of combatants and the same high-energy attacks that dazzle in the show.
More interesting is the character customisation tool, which allows you to make your own Dragon Ball Z-styled fighter by manipulating 10 different attributes.
Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi is slated for release on PlayStation 2 this November.
