Ratched Gets Deadlocked
Insomniac's gun-orgy is back but this time around the plot is aping a famous Arnold movie to a T.
Sony's Ratchet series has gone through some interesting changes over the past three years but none quite as radical as what's in store for the franchise next.
In Ratchet: Deadlocked, lead character Ratchet must use his wits and impossible arsenal of weapons to outlive his fellow competitors in a televised game show that bears a striking resemblance to Ahnuld movie Running Man.
Outside of the tweaked story, you can expect largely the same Ratchet experience you've come to know and love, but on a bigger scale. There are more weapons, more vehicles, more game modes and also levels designed with open-ended gameplay in mind.
The game additionally features squad-based action and seamless co-operative play that allows you to jump in or out at any point.
Ratchet: Deadlocked will be out on PlayStation 2 this November.
