Pro Evo 5 Set for Euro Games Show
Konami set to tease gamers in person. New screens too.
Football fans are a rabid bunch, so its no surprise that Pro Evolution Soccer 5 is already one of the most anticipated games around, just weeks after its announcement. To fuel this lust, Konami has revealed that it will be showing off the game at August's Game Convention in Leipzig, Germany.
The game builds on the previous success of the series, offering improved ball control, smoother animation and a better online experience. Of course, the development team in Japan will be making the game prettier too.
Pro Evolution Soccer 5 will be out for PlayStation 2, Xbox and PC towards the end of the year - in October, if Konami sticks to its recent release pattern. Those of you who can't wait that long will be able to pick up the Japanese version, Winning Eleven 9, at your local importer from 4 August.
