Top Creators Design Tenchu Downloads
New levels for From from four.
The Internet does more for games than simply allowing online multiplayer. Witness the new download campaign for From Software's latest Tenchu game, Tenchu: Shinobi Taizen for PSP.
From has invited four of Japan's top game creators to design bonus levels, which will be made available for download in the weeks following the game's Japanese release at the end of July.
The levels, created by Yuji Naka (creator of Sonic The Hedgehog), Koji Okada (Shin Megami Tensei), Akihiro Hino (Dragon Warrior VIII) and Koichi Nakamura (Dragon Warrior V), were made using the game's built-in level tool, which allows anyone to create new stages that can be shared through memory cards or the Internet.
The PSP's networking abilities should become much more important in the years ahead. Sony said at E3 that it will be possible for the handheld to link to the PlayStation 3 over the Internet to be used as a remote terminal for accessing your console-bound swag.
