Ghost Recon Spreads Onto the Net
Now there's another resource for those of you who are jonesing for more Ghost Recon action.
Later this month Ubisoft is releasing a stand-alone expansion pack for the Xbox version of Ghost Recon 2 that adds both single and multiplayer bits to the already-successful game.
Ghost Recon 2: Summit Strike, as the pack is known, was developed by renowned war-game studio Red Storm, the team behind the original game (not included).
The expansion brings another 11 singleplayer missions, all based in romantic Kazakhstan, where the Ghosts must thwart another madman bent on mass destruction. The game tops up the popular Xbox Live online modes with another 16 maps too.
Ghost Recon 2: Summit Strike will be out on Xbox 25 August. You can find out more about the game at Ubisoft's official - and newly updated - Ghost Recon site.
