PSP Could Get Mouse and Keyboard
Thank god for that. We're tired of using the make-shift keyboard to search for por, er, work-related documents.
When you pick up your PSP next week you'll instantly be able to take it online, thanks to the portable's newly introduced Web browser. After a while, though, you might start to wish that there were some better way of navigating the Web. Fear not - Sony is at the ready.
The company has revealed that it is considering releasing a mouse and a keyboard for its portable. The Web browser will also be getting a bump soon, allowing it to access Flash-based content - something that's missing from the most recent software update.
Sony is also eyeing a global positioning system add-on, which would let you use the PSP as a real-world navigational tool and also open up other entertainment avenues.
There's also a possibility that you'll be able to download simple games to your PSP, but Sony is likely working to make sure that any system it introduces won't be abused by more determined technical types for playing illegally copied games.
