Chrome Hounds Bite X360 Next Spring
Sega and From team up to redefine mech action games. New screens.
Though Sega has shown over the last few months that it is committed to reviving its classic franchises for the next generation, the company is not doing this at the expense of new titles. Case in point, the company is currently working with Japanese developer From Software on a brand new mech action game called Chrome Hounds.
With the outrageously detailed Armored Core series, From showed that it knows what's what when it comes to mech games, and the company is promising to "redefine mech action" for this new title.
Chrome Hounds is built around online interaction, which is no doubt part of the reason why it's coming only to Xbox 360 - unlike most of Sega's other next-generation games. The game will support up to 12 players online.
You'll need to keep your wits about you, though, as there's an important strategic elements added to the proceedings.
Chrome Hounds will be out for Xbox 360 next spring.
