Microsoft Launches Mysterious X360 Site
Seems you can win some of trip somewhere or other to do something. It's all rather cryptic.
Never one to play it straight with its advertising, Microsoft has launched OrigenXbox360.com, a new site that promises to give you a chance to discover its next-gen Xbox 360 before anyone else.
The hints are thin but the rewards are great. A press release sent out by Microsoft describes Origen as:
"The debut of next generation gaming. A real place dedicated to gaming pleasures. A place to play Xbox 360 before anyone else. A place to play all the Xbox 360 launch titles. A place to take on other gamers."
All of which sounds suspiciously like a competition to win a place at a pre-launch event where you'll be able to savour the full line-up of games set for release in Europe on 2 December.
Microsoft is tight-lipped on exactly what's in store for visitors to the site, but it makes for a fun poke around. Be quick, though - you only have until 10 October to get in on the action.
