FIFA Rocks Stores Nationwide
The first of this year's truly huge football games is now on shelves.
With the football season now well under way, the time is ripe for publishers to bring out their latest virtual realizations of the sport. EA is the first of the major players to get its game on shelves, with FIFA 06 hitting stores across Europe today.
As in years past, this latest update brings a raft of subtle and not-so-subtle changes. All the team rosters have been brought up to date and EA has worked to get the game flowing better.
The biggest change this year is a deepening of the managerial aspects and you'll now be able to use more finesse as you guide your club to victory.
The absorbing singleplayer game is backed up by a host of multiplayer modes, including online support on Xbox and PlayStation 2.
FIFA 06 is out now for all home and portable platforms. A next-gen version will also hit Xbox 360 later this year.
