Ryu ga Gotoku: Behind-the-Scenes Video Feature and Hi-Res Trailer

A Japanese video feature giving some insight into the making of Toshihiro Nagoshi's new Yakuza adventure, along with a nice quality trailer.

By now you should have heard about Ryu ga Gotoku (see our preview here). It's a new adventure game from Sega on the PS2, but not from any old monkey. No, this is from Monkey Ball creator Toshihiro Nagoshi, who is basically "the man". Back at TGS, we even saw him wearing fashionable Japanese clothing with a hat thing and nice sneakers. He's definitely cool. Did you know he's in charge of all development at Sega these days? Well, you do now!

And the sizably-budgeted development of the game is something you can get some insight into by watching this behind-the-scenes video feature. It's in Japanese but even if you don't understand Japanese, you can still get the point. It shows Nagoshi talking to designers, and then some stunt people jumping off things, and even some voice actors, one of which is very cute. NOW you want to watch it, don't you? Filthy beggars.

Anyway, we also have a new, higher quality version of the impressive Ryu ga Gotoku trailer, which features, among other things, an upskirt shot of a schoolgirl sitting on a bench probably minding her own business.
