Dynasty Warriors Spreads to PC
It's not the newest iteration of the series, but it will be given a nice bump.
The Dynasty Warriors series has, despite its success, largely relegated itself to the PlayStation 2. That changed when the series shifted onto the Xbox and later this year the game will jump ship again, heading to PC.
The game chosen to be the series' PC debut is not, unfortunately for PC gamers, the recently released Dynasty Warriors 5. Instead, Koei has gone back to the archives to create Dynasty Warriors 4 Hyper.
In addition to the now-familiar epic battles that, in this case, spans 17 different maps and feature thousands of warriors and dozens of playable characters, the game's most noticeable leap will be in its aesthetics, which have received a major bump to take advantage of all that modern PCs have to offer.
Dynasty Warriors 4 Hyper will strike on 9 December.
