Lego Star Wars Shoots to GameCube
And just in time for the release of the DVD too. What a coincidence.
Star Wars and Lego would seem to make a natural fit for the demographics of the GameCube, but, for whatever reason, a version of Eidos's top-selling Lego Star Wars has been missing from Nintendo's family-friendly console - until now, that is.
Eidos has shrewdly timed the better-late-than-never release of the game for 4 November - just days after the DVD release of the last prequel film, Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.
The game features fan-favourite scenes from not only this newest instalment in the space opera but the other two prequels as well.
Lego Star Wars was released earlier this year on Xbox and PlayStation 2 to acclaim and good public response. Eidos will be hoping for a repeat on the ailing GameCube.
