Silent Hill Celebrated on PSP
Konami proves its got stuff for non-gamers too, with another UMD full of stuff you'll not be playing.
If you're a fan of Konami's Silent Hill series you'll probably want to be on the lookout for the company's new PSP product. We say product because this isn't really a game, but rather a tribute to the series and a herald for the upcoming movie.
The Silent Hill Experience lets fans dig deep into the dark disturbing world of the game, through several media. There's a digital comic, penned by Silent Hill author Scott Ciencin, and a paper one too, which is based on the Dying Inside series.
You'll also be able to savour the anxious melodies that permeate the game, thanks to the 20 audio tracks included on the disc. Konami even pulled aside series composer Akira Yamaoka, who talks about why he chose the specific tracks.
Finally, The Silent Hill Experience gets down and dirty with the crew of the upcoming Silent Hill movie, directed by Christophe Gans and starring Sean Bean and Radha Mitchell.
Konami hasn't announced a release date or a price yet, but you can expect The Silent Hill Experience to arrive later this year.
