Dragon Ball Z Punches Onto PSP
The unfathomable popular series has spawned another game that's sure to be lapped up by fans. And we've got the exclusive European launch details.
The spiky yellow hair and constant screaming and fighting found in Dragon Ball Z belie the popularity of the series, which has millions of devotees worldwide. Which is why it's big news for many that Atari is bringing the popular series to the PSP.
If you've enjoyed any of the three previous Dragon Ball Z: Budokai games you'll be pleased to hear that developer Dimps is at the helm of Dragon Ball Z: Shin Budokai for PSP too.
While fisticuffs courtesy of the new Saiyan Overdrive Fighting System may be the main attraction, what sets the PSP version apart from its recent console counterparts is the inclusion of WiFi multiplayer.
You'll be able to play as any of 18 characters (including Pikkon and series baddies) in multiplayer, and if you get bored beating up your friends there always the story mode and six others to choose from.
Dragon Ball Z: Shin Budokai will be out in the US for PSP this March. Atari has confirmed to Kikizo that the game will hit Europe this April.
