OutRun Sequel Found on the Web
Don't fret; it's not the inevitable leaked version. Rather Sega has fashioned a website for the game on the Internet. New screens.
It may have been kept secret (badly, we might add) for ages, but now OutRun 2006: Coast 2 Coast is getting the attention it deserves from Sega. The latest patch in the marketing quilt is the launch of the official online home.
OutRun fans will find a lot to like at the site. Apart from the signature music and downloadable screenshots and videos, you'll also find a competition that could net you an honest-to-goodness OutRun 2 SP Special Tours arcade cabinet - the standard one, not the deluxe, sorry.
OutRun 2006: Coast 2 Coast is the ultimate OutRun experience. In addition to all the tracks from the first OutRun 2 game on Xbox, you'll find all the new tracks from the arcade pseudo-sequel, bring the track count to 30 and the boosting the Ferrari-only garage to 12.
For more on OutRun 2006: Coast 2 Coast, check out the new official site. The game is scheduled for release on PlayStation 2, Xbox and PSP in March.
