Bomberman: Act Zero: First Trailer
Blue Sky in Games campaign nowhere in sight but this darker new Bomberman is might not be so bad.
There is a site called UK Resistance that has a campaign called Blue Sky in Games. It says that games were better when they were fun and colourful with friendly monster bosses instead of gangs and drug dealers. It says Mega Man was better before he went all anime and shit. And it's also the sort of place where people might potentially CUT THEMSELVES due to lovable characters like Bomberman ending all cybered-up for 'new audiences' in remakes like Bomberman: Act Zero for Xbox 360.
Of course, this restyle for the series is so utterly far removed from the Bomberman we all know and love that it might as well be considered an entirely different brand altogether, and therefore, since it's Capcom, we'll be giving this one the benefit of the doubt for now. After all, bombing robots is always going to be better than killing prostitutes. Even IF this new trailer suggests they've still got some way to go...
The new game apparently includes a firstperson view mode. That's the only other detail we've bothered to find out for this page. Stay tuned for more on Bomberman: Act Zero.
