Aliens Return to Destroy All Humans
They're back, but this time Hippies, Commies and Godzilla are out to thwart their invasion.
Hippies, the longhaired free-love spreading citizens of the '60s and '70s, weren't loved by all, least of all the Furons, the alien invaders from Destroy All Humans! who are back to teach Earth a lesson in their upcoming sequel.
Destroy All Humans! 2 follows Crypto 137, a Furon scout, and his encounters with 1960s people and culture. The time period spawned much to make fun of, which is exactly what developer Pandemic (of Full Spectrum Warrior fame) is hoping to achieve.
"With the new 60s era setting, we have plenty of new material to work with - from Hippies and British spy movies to Japanese monster flicks," said Pandemic's Josh Resnick.
New to the sequel, apart from the time period, are five open-worlds to explore and co-operative play. Your armoury has also grown since last time, giving you new weapons and new mental powers over the hapless denizens of Earth.
Destroy All Humans! 2 will be out for Xbox and PlayStation 2 in the fall.
