Undercover With Miami Vice for PSP
Who would've thought that a Miami Vice movie could look so good. And there's a game too. First screens.
Hearing the words Miami Vice conjures up comical images of men in pastel-coloured suits and no socks, but Michael Mann's return to his series in this summer's Miami Vice movie is anything but hokey.
And thanks to Vivendi and British game studio Rebellion, Crocket and Tubbs's sincere return will be marked by the release of a PSP-exclusive tie-in that sets the stage for the flick.
Set in an undefined period before the film's events, Miami Vice: The Game tasks you with infiltrating a South American drug cartel. To do this, you'll need to build up a reputation as a major player in the South Beach drug culture.
The game lets you play as either of the super cops and if you happen to have a friend around you'll be able to play co-operatively. Expect plenty of running and gunning and, yes, you'll be able to drive the boat as well.
Miami Vice: The Game will be out only for PSP in July. For more, check out the official site.
