Halo Doc Gets In Master Chief's Head
If you're like us, you need every scrap of Halo 3 info out there, making this behind-the-scenes featurette one to look for.
If there's one thing Xbox fans love it's Halo, which is why Microsoft and series developer Bungie are working hard to sate the lust for more information on Master Chief's new game, Halo 3. After unveiling the first trailer for the game at last month's Electronic Entertainment Expo, Bungie is putting together a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the clip.
"We can in fact reveal that we have a documentary short that shows the process and people involved in making the E3 trailer, complete with some never before seen scenes (think angles, really) from the trailer," says Bungie's community manager said in a posting on the company's site.
Microsoft has done a good job of keeping as much of Halo 3 secret as possible. All that's been released so far is a short clip, apparently done in real time, that shows Master Chief watching what looks like a battle getting underway.
Apart from that, there's little we know about Halo 3, other than that it will be out for Xbox 360 sometime during 2007. Xbox 360 owners can download the original E3 trailer for free from the Xbox Live Marketplace. Or below.
