Get a Peek at the Next Halo
OK, so it's not Halo 3, but at least it's more Master Chief.
Master Chief's long-awaited third game, his first on the Xbox 360, is still a year or so away, but Halo fans will be able to read more about the super soldier's adventures sooner than that in Marvel's new Halo graphic novel.
If you simply can't wait for the graphic novel to be released, you can head over to Marvel's site right now for a preview of things to come.
The Halo Graphic Novel is a collection of four stories set in the Halo universe. One of the big selling points for comics geeks is the wealth of talent Bungie and Marvel have brought on board. Some of the creators involved include French artist Jean "Moebius" Giraud and the much-loved British artist Simon Bisley.
"The graphic novel was a chance for us to expand outward and fill in some of the fictional gaps and provide insight into events that tie into the more mainstream stories," Bungie's Brian Jarrard told USA Today recently. "These four were the most interesting to us, and the writers, for this project."
If you want to bag a copy of this 128-page hardback right away, we'd advise you to get in touch with your local comic store. The Halo Graphic Novel is slated for release in July.
