New Call of Duty 2 Maps on Live
Activision's World War II shooter is now just that little bit bigger. Of course, you're going to have to pay for the privilege.
Players drafted into the war by Call of Duty 2 and unwilling or unable to stop playing the game online now have even more to keep them up. Activision has released a third batch of maps that is available now through the Xbox Live Marketplace.
The five new multiplayer maps in the Invasion map pack whisk you to several hotspots from World War II, including France, Egypt and Russia. The map pack is up now the Xbox Live Marketplace and costs 800 Microsoft Points (around $8 or £5).
Call of Duty 2 has been a hit for Activision. The game came out alongside the Xbox 360 last November and it's been one of the best-selling Xbox 360 games ever since. It's also consistently one of the most played Xbox 360 games on Xbox Live and second only to Halo 2 overall.
