Saints Row Offers Live Sample
THQ's Grand Theft Auto-'em-up lands on the Xbox Live Marketplace. Clear space on your drive and get it now.
As the summer drags on with no sign of the paucity of game releases ending, Xbox 360 owners can at least turn to the Xbox Live Marketplace for tastes of the treats coming later in the year. One of the latest demos to arrive is one for THQ's Grand Theft Auto wannabe Saints Row.
The hefty, near-1GB download offers players the world over the chance to see what developer Volition has been able to do with the formula Rockstar perfected in the current generation.
The demo lets you play around with the character customisation features and extends into the offline singleplayer game, giving you a sense of the sort of freedom in play you can expect from the final product.
Saints Row will be out for Xbox 360 at the end of August in the US and in early September across Europe. For more on the game, visit THQ's official site.
