Ubisoft Gives Splinter Cell Demo, Date
Not long to go now before Sam Fisher and his friends (you) are reunited.
If you have a red marker nearby, now would be a good time to pull it and your calendar out. Ubisoft has revealed some of the release information for Sam Fisher's latest escapades in the Splinter Cell series.
Splinter Cell: Double Agent will be out in the US on 19 October. The company hasn't revealed the date for Europe yet, but it's a good bet that it won't be much different.
And that's not all. Ubisoft is also planning demos for both PC and Xbox 360. The Xbox 360 demo will have multiplayer content only, while the PC will get single- and multiplayer demos. Ubisoft hasn't said yet when we can expect any of these.
In Splinter Cell: Double Agent, super-spy Sam Fisher swaps sides to infiltrate a terrorist organization. In addition to PC and Xbox 360, the game is also coming to PlayStation 2, Xbox and GameCube.
