Eidos Muzzles Reservoir Dogs
A misprint causes Eidos to recall the Xbox version of the 18-rated game, because we all know that kids will see the missing rating as an open door to illicit thrills.
Judging by this week's sales charts, fans were starting to get into the Reservoir Dogs spirit again. It debuted last Friday and managed to eke into the Top 20 for the week. Look for it in shops, though, and you'd be hard pressed to find it.
Because of a printing error that, according to speculation by GamesIndustry.biz left the rating off the game disc, Eidos has had to pull the Xbox version of the game from shelves in the UK.
An Eidos spokesperson told GamesIndustry.biz that the company was "working with retail to rectify the situation as quickly as possible".
The recall reportedly affects only the Xbox version, leaving the PlayStation 2 and PC versions on shelves, should you wish to live our your sick black-suit-and-coloured-name fantasies.
