Fight Night Warms Up for PS3 Bout
EA is bringing its popular boxing sim to the PlayStation 3 in just a few months. The real question is, what new stuff does EA have in store. Hints inside.
Boxing is all about control, staying one step ahead of your opponent. In video games, better graphics yield more realism that can only help the sport, which is probably why EA's Fight Night Round 3 has been so popular on the Xbox 360. PlayStation 3 owners have no need to feel left out, with EA confirming that the game is going their way too.
Fight Night Round 3 for the PlayStation 3 will essentially offer the same experience as Xbox 360 owners have been enjoying for months already, but the company is planning to add new stuff. Part of this is the mysterious Get In The Ring feature, which EA has confirmed in name alone.
EA call this "the closest you'll get to trading blows with Muhammad Ali." Those are fighting words, and they're ones you'll need to wait to verify until this winter.
