GTA: Vice City Stories Lands Online
Rockstar launches the official site for the new PSP game, giving fans a glimpse behind the curtains.
Rockstar has been characteristically quiet about its new PSP Grand Theft Auto game, but with just over a month to go now until Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories is released, the company is at last tossing fans a bone.
The company this week launched the game's official site, which gives a better idea of what we can expect when new leading man, Vic Vance, takes to the PSP.
Included is a brief overview of the story, which follows Vance's struggle to claw his way up through the cruel reality of life in the mid-1980s. It's again draped in the pop culture of the time, which is part of the reason Grand Theft Auto: Vice City did so well on PlayStation 2.
The game comes at a good time for Sony, which is reeling from the delay of the PlayStation 3 in Europe and the thrashing the PSP is getting from the DS. The previous game, Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, helped Sony's portable get off to a good start, and the company will be hoping for a similar bump this time around.
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories will be out for PSP on 20 October. Find out more about it at its new official site.
