Slip-Up Reveals Project Gotham Racing 4
Carmaker Peugeot is holding a contest that will see the winning concept car make it into the unannounced driving game. Microsoft is mum for now.
Though it's almost a given that Microsoft will announce a fourth Project Gotham Racing game at some point, it hasn't done that yet, and officially the game still doesn't exist. But someone at carmaker Peugeot has seemingly let the cat out of the bag a little early.
Microsoft will have Project Gotham Racing 4 for Xbox 360 ready by the end of 2007 or in the first half of 2008. So says the rules page on the Peugeot Design Contest 2007 - a new competition where designer imagine the car of their dreams, with the winning entry getting not only a full-scale build but also a spot in Microsoft's popular racing series.
So far, Microsoft has yet to comment on the rumours of Project Gotham Racing 4's existence, and it could be waiting for X06, which takes place later this month in Barcelona, to officially unveil the game.
