Eidos Brings Mexican Carnage to PSP
When it comes to the new Eidos PSP game Chili Con Carnage, revenge is a dish best served spicy. First PSP screens a click away.
What do you do if a gang of Mexican crooks kills your poor old dad? If you're Romero Cruz, the spunky star of Eidos's new action game for the PSP, you take that hell and give it right back to those dastardly underworld elements.
With a name like Chili Con Carnage, you know that this isn't going to be a quiet stroll. Chris Mottes of developer Deadline Games says Eidos challenged them to create the fastest and most gun crazy game on a portable.
"We have delivered Chili Con Carnage, says Mottes, "a burning hot Mexican shooter with the biggest explosion frequency and the highest takedown rate you will ever experience on the PSP."
During the games 19 missions, which span 7 locations, you'll come into contact with all manner of unsavoury baddies. The main part of the game is the singleplayer story mode, but Deadline has managed to nudge in some local wireless multiplayer too.
There's no release information yet for Chili Con Carnage, but it's a good guess that you won't see this one until sometime next year.
