Tony Hawk Ollies Onto Live
The first true next-gen Hawk game will be out to try on the Marketplace soon.
For seven years now, Activision and developer Neversoft have entertained skate fans with the Tony Hawk series - with varying success. But the company is hoping for big things for the next game, which is the first in the series built specifically with next-gen consoles in mind.
Part of the push for Tony Hawk's Project 8 is getting the game to fans as soon as possible, which is where the Xbox Live Marketplace comes in. According to the official game site, Activision will be putting out a demo for the new game soon.
There's a lot of anticipation for Tony Hawk's Project 8, as the game has been completely redone for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. There's new animation thanks to new motion capture sessions and of course the better graphics. Unfortunately for PlayStation 3 fans, it looks like only the Xbox 360 version will be online.
Tony Hawk's Project 8 is coming to both current- and next-gen platforms later this year. For more on the game, check out the official site.
