PES6 Favoured in Xbox 360 Face Off?
UK gamers on 360's fence now have a goal.
The Xbox 360, as Microsoft continues to remind us, is the only place you're going to be playing the next-generation iterations of both EA's FIFA 07 and Pro Evolution Soccer 6 - at least in Europe. And to sweeten the deal even further, Microsoft has announced that it'll have a special bundle ready to go for next week's release of the Konami kicker.
The Pro Evolution Soccer 6 bundle includes the game, an Xbox 360, a 20 GB hard drive, a headset, and a month's subscription to Xbox Live's pay-to-play Gold service. The price - a mere £300, which is a saving of about £30.
With a year's head start on the PlayStation 3, Microsoft is doing all it can to capitalize on Sony's stumbling, and that includes making good on the year of exclusivity for both big football franchises it's been gifted at least partly because of the delay of the PlayStation 3.
Both FIFA 07 and Pro Evolution Soccer 6 are due on the Xbox 360 on Friday, 27 October.
