Kingdom Hearts Set to Explode in 2007
Series creator says we can expect much more from the Square Enix-Disney mish-mash next year.
The smooshing together of the worlds of Square Enix and Disney in Kingdom Hearts has turned out to be a hit for the publisher. The second game was recently released in Europe and now comes word that Square Enix is working on a third.
Series designer Tetsuya Nomura told Japanese magazine Famitsu recently that 2007 is going to be a big year for the series, according to IGN. It's not clear exactly what that means, but it seems that there could be games and more in store for the Kingdom Hearts series next year.
It won't be anytime soon, though, as Nomura reportedly said that fans would need to wait until midway through the year to find out more about the projects.
