Force Unleashed in New Star Wars Game
This time you're joining Darth Vader on the Dark Side.
The films are in the can and Anakin Skywalker's tale has been told, but Star Wars will never, it seems, die. For the latest evidence of this, we present Star Wars: The Force Unleashed.
Set between the time span that cleaves Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith and Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope, the game casts you as an apprentice to Darth Vader himself. You'll join Vader and help him in his campaign of ridding the galaxy of Jedi.
Doing this will, naturally, rely on you mastering the Force, which in this case manifests as spooky action at a distance of the push, pull, repel and lightning varieties.
You can expect to see familiar characters and places, of course, but LucasArts and the team at Industrial Light & Magic and expanding beyond that too, taking you further out into the burgeoning Empire.
LucasArts is holding back on more details about the game for now, but you can get an early look at Star Wars: The Force Unleashed at the official site.
